Returns & Refunds
Our management is confident enough that you get 100% satisfaction with every purchase. We will gladly accept the return of new, unused, undamaged merchandise and the same condition you received it within 14 days from delivery date. Your items must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please indicate the reason for your return on the return form sent to you in the invoice attachment.
Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have receipt your returned items. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return approved, we will initiate a refund your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by ARTEMIS. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
